Due to our made-to-order production process, Savantte does not accept standard returns for change of mind or sizing issues. However, we fully stand behind our craftsmanship quality - we accept returns only for manufacturing defects such as printing issues, material damage, or structural problems.

If you receive a defective item, contact us at support@savantte.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. We'll review your claim within 24-48 hours and provide a full refund or replacement if the defect is verified. All return shipping costs for verified defects are covered by us.

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway to ensure your financial information remains protected.

Due to our made-to-order production process that begins immediately after order placement, modifications or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. However, we cannot guarantee that changes will always be possible, as production may have already started.

Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days for most items in the US/EU. Express shipping is available for select orders (+$5) and takes 2-4 business days.
